• Attempt fraudulent transactions
• Violate local, state, or federal laws
• Share unauthorized access to the platform
5. Review Before Publication
All creator-uploaded content is subject to review by Noir Velvet LLC before it is published or made available on the platform. Content will be screened to ensure that it complies with applicable law, Noir Velvet’s Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, Human Trafficking Policy, and other platform standards. Content that appears illegal, non-consensual, unauthorized, prohibited, or otherwise noncompliant will not be approved for publication and may result in account restriction, suspension, or termination.
6. PAYMENTS
All payments are securely processed through third-party payment processors. By purchasing access or services, users agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at checkout.
7. REFUNDS
Refunds are subject to Noir Velvet’s Refund Policy. Accessed services, completed sessions, and digital experiences are generally non-refundable.
8. PROHIBITED CONTENT
Users and creators may not upload, publish, transmit, livestream, request, promote, sell, or distribute content that:
• Involves or depicts any person under 18 years of age in sexual, exploitative, or otherwise inappropriate content.
• Contains non-consensual sexual content, sexual exploitation, trafficking, coercion, or content created or distributed without the consent of all participants.
• Depicts, promotes, or facilitates illegal activity or violates applicable local, state, federal, or international law.
• Promotes violence, threats, abuse, harassment, hate, or exploitation of another person.
• Infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other intellectual-property rights.
• Contains fraudulent, deceptive, impersonating, or misleading material.
• Promotes or facilitates illegal drugs, controlled substances, weapons, or other unlawful goods or services.
• Contains malware, malicious code, scams, or attempts to compromise the security of Noir Velvet or its users.
• Otherwise violates Noir Velvet's policies or the requirements of its payment-processing and financial partners.
Noir Velvet reserves the right to remove prohibited content immediately and to suspend or terminate any account involved in prohibited activity. Suspected illegal activity may be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
9. CONTENT OWNERSHIP
All platform branding, graphics, videos, and creator content remain the property of Noir Velvet and/or its creators. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.
10. TERMINATION
Noir Velvet reserves the right to terminate access to any user who violates these Terms of Service or engages in harmful behavior toward the platform or creators.

User information is handled according to Noir Velvet’s Privacy Policy.
