REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
1. DIGITAL ACCESS
Noir Velvet provides digital entertainment access, live creator interactions, VIP sessions, tipping features, and virtual experiences. Because these services are digital and may be accessed immediately after purchase, all completed purchases are generally non-refundable.
2. 24-HOUR ACCESS PASSES
General access passes are valid for the time period purchased. Once access has been granted, the purchase is considered used and is non-refundable.
3. VIP PRIVATE SESSIONS
VIP private sessions are non-refundable once the session has started, been completed, or the creator has made themselves available for the scheduled experience.
4. MEMBERSHIPS
Monthly memberships may be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle. Canceling a membership stops future billing but does not refund previous charges.
5. TIPS AND DIGITAL PURCHASES
Tips, credits, digital unlocks, and creator-related purchases are final and non-refundable once submitted or used.
6. FAILED OR DUPLICATE CHARGES
If you believe you were charged in error, charged twice, or experienced a billing issue, contact Noir Velvet support for review.
7. UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS
Users are responsible for keeping account and payment information secure. Suspected unauthorized transactions should be reported immediately.
8. CANCELLATION REQUESTS
Cancellation requests may be sent to support@noirvelvet.net. Please include the email address connected to the account and a brief description of the request.
9. PROCESSING TIME
Approved billing adjustments or cancellations may take several business days to process depending on the payment processor or financial institution.
