Users may report any content that is illegal or otherwise violates Noir Velvet's Terms of Service, Community Standards, or applicable laws by contacting support@noirvelvet.net or by submitting a Content Removal Request. Reports should include sufficient information to identify the content and explain the reason for the complaint.
Noir Velvet acknowledges all properly submitted complaints and reviews each report promptly. Investigations are conducted fairly and, whenever reasonably possible, are completed within five (5) business days.
Each complaint is reviewed by our compliance team. If additional information is required, we may contact the reporting party or the content creator. Individuals affected by a decision may submit an appeal, which will be reviewed according to our Appeals Policy.
Remove the reported content.
Restrict or suspend the associated account.
Request additional documentation or information.
Determine that no violation occurred and leave the content available.
