Creator Agreement

1. Eligibility

By creating a Creator account on Noir Velvet, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to enter into this agreement.

2. Ownership of Content

You certify that you own or have all necessary legal rights, licenses, and permissions to upload, publish, stream, and distribute all content submitted to Noir Velvet.

3. Consent of All Participants

You confirm that every individual appearing in your content:

Is at least 18 years of age.
Has voluntarily agreed to participate.
Has provided written consent and authorization for recording, distribution, and public display.
Can provide valid identification and supporting documentation upon request.

4. Prohibited Content

Creators may not upload, stream, or distribute content that:

• Violates any local, state, federal, or international law.
• Contains minors or anyone under 18.
• Contains non-consensual material.
• Infringes upon copyrights or trademarks.
• Promotes violence, exploitation, trafficking, or illegal activity.
• Violates Noir Velvet's Terms of Service or Community Standards.

5. Creator Responsibilities

Creators agree to:

• Maintain accurate account information.
• Protect their login credentials.
• Keep all required documentation current.
• Immediately report unauthorized account activity.
• Comply with all applicable laws.

6. Content Review

All uploaded content is subject to review before publication. Noir Velvet reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any content that violates company policies or applicable laws.

7. Public Display Authorization

By uploading content, you grant Noir Velvet permission to display, promote, distribute, and publicly showcase your approved content and creator profile within the platform.

8. Identity Verification

Creators agree to complete identity and age verification before publishing content and understand additional verification may be requested at any time.

9. Account Suspension or Termination

Violation of this agreement may result in content removal, suspension, permanent account termination, and reporting to appropriate authorities when required by law.

10. Agreement

By creating a Creator account and checking the agreement boxes during registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Creator Agreement.
