Noir Velvet LLC operates as an online platform that allows independent creators to publish content.

Noir Velvet LLC is not the producer (primary or secondary) of any visual content displayed by independent creators.

Each creator is solely responsible for maintaining all records required under 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, including documentation verifying that every individual appearing in uploaded content is at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Noir Velvet requires all creators to certify that:

• Every performer is at least 18 years of age.
• All legally required age verification records are maintained.
• Content complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Appropriate documentation can be produced upon lawful request.

Any creator found to be in violation of these requirements may have their content removed and their account permanently terminated.
